The word for post-prayer supplication used by Ismailis is called Tasbih, which is a type of Dhikr. This dhikr is performed by Ismailis at the end of their evening prayers. In these post-prayer tasbihs, they specifically ask for protection, health, wealth and happiness from their Hazar Imam, the Aga Khan.
